You will love this FANTASTIC LOCATION!!! ⛰️ 20 Minutes to YOSEMITE’S South Gate, 4 minutes to the very popular CORLIEU FALLS trail, 15 Minutes to BASS LAKE. 🏡 You'll enjoy coffee on the deck with a view. Relax & refresh at this hidden gem. 🏠This cozy studio is attached to the main unoccupied house & is most comfortable for 2 people but we do have a futon for an extra guest. ✅PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING TO KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT INCLUDING "OTHER THINGS TO NOTE"

Good to know

Enjoy this studio with a kitchenette to make a small meal. The space is best suited for only 2 people with a queen size bed but we do have a full size futon for small kids or an extra guest. (I also leave a mattress topper for the futon to make it more comfortable)

Other Details to Note

📺As the case with most rentals we only have a smart TV and NO cable so don't forget your passwords to log into your accounts. 🏠 The small studio you’ll be staying in is attached to the unoccupied main house. You’ll have the property to yourself. This space is most comfortable for 2 adults but we do have a full size futon for an extra guest or small kids. 🧑‍🍳 We recommend only “light cooking” in our kitchenette. There is a two burner hot plate, microwave, Keurig, toaster, small air fryer, refrigerator, and basic cooking supplies. 🛜 As with all mountain Wi-Fi you may experience downtime or limited service. (We wish we had better options) 💡Power outages occasionally occur, we will do our best to keep you informed in that case but do NOT have any backup source of power. (we have lanterns at the cabin) 📱 Cell service is poor in the mountain area. Be prepared by taking a screen shot of the directions. ⚠️ ❄️ CHAINS and/or 4 WHEEL Drive may be required to get to the cabin and Yosemite in the winter months. 🏠 There are LOTS of stairs leading to the cabin entrance. 🐞 We have regular pest control service but you are in the mountains so you may see a bug or spider. We recommend bringing a good supply of bug repellent for the mosquitos in the warmer months. ⚠️There's lots of wildlife in the area including bears so take a minute to educate yourself and traveling partners on what to do if you encounter one.

Guest Access

⚠️ Because of our exciting location, chains and or four-wheel-drive may be needed to get to the cabin and Yosemite from December to March.

Find us

Public transportation in the area is limited, so a car is very highly recommended. The YARTs bus does go from the center of town (Oakhurst, CA) to Yosemite and back if your preference is not to drive.
